I can’t think of a better music inspiration for decaf than Rage Against The Caffeine. Decaf doesn’t suck and this offering stands up to the haters (you know the ones who say Death Before Decaf) who want you to “brew what they told you.”

This Colombian decaf comes from Luz Helena Salazar and Finca La Leona. It’s a honey-processed coffee that’s then swiss water decaffeinated. I drink it every night, and it has notes of chocolate, mango, papaya, and pear. It’s honestly one of my favorite coffees to roast and to drink.
