RATIOHEAD / EL SAVADOR BLACK HONEY: LIGHT
Pickup currently not available
This microlot from Finca Los Angeles showcases the Pacamara variety, famous for its large bean size. It’s honey-processed, which means the outer skin is removed while nsome of the sticky fruit remains on the bean as it dries. This gives the coffee a fuller body, sweeter taste, and a rich chocolatey flavor. It’s similar to a natural processed coffee but with a better balance and less acidity.
In the cup, you’ll find toffee and dark chocolate, with subtle notes of cherry and blueberry. It shines as pour over but also is incredibly enjoyable on batch brew. This is a coffee for everyone.
This is release is my love letter to Radiohead, drawing inspiration from their 1993 debut album, Pablo Honey. The band’s first single, Creep, became an anthem of the early ‘90s, but Radiohead never wanted to stay in one place. Their career was marked by growth, experimentation, and emotional depth, with eight more albums released until 2016. In 2019, Radiohead was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The creative reflects that journey, being organic, raw, and quietly powerful, much like the start of a band that would help shape modern music.
Get a bag, brew it, and enjoy a moment with one of the most influential bands ever.
