This release is dedicated to the art and science of brewing, particularly pour overs. Inspired by the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia, this offering comes from the skilled producers at Gori Gesha Forest. It’s a blend of Gori Gesha and Gesha 1931 varieties.

Experience a very clean cup of coffee, whether you prefer it as a traditional pour over or as a refreshing flash brewed iced coffee. The cup is bursting with creamy floral and citrus notes, making it absolutely delicious.

The music inspiration for this release comes from Imagine Dragons. I wanted the connection to be focused on the theme of coffee extraction. Hence, the name “Extracting Dragons.” In coffee, extraction is all about getting the water to pull out the flavors from the coffee grounds.
