Decaf or Die Trying is my rebellion against the tired mantra, Death Before Decaf. This coffee is roasted in resistance—because I’m on a mission to prove the doubters wrong.

Think about it—there’s no way I’d release a coffee inspired by one of the greatest bands of the ’90s alternative era if it didn’t live up to expectations. Full of graham and malt notes, this cup is absolutely delicious.

Of all the coffees I roast, decaf sparks the strongest opinions. Not because it lacks flavor or quality—but because people ask, “What’s the point?”

Here’s the point: decaf can be just as enjoyable. Some folks simply can’t handle the typical 95mg of caffeine in a cup of coffee. Decaf offers a smoother ride—usually just 2 to 12mg per cup.

For this latest release, I’m channeling my original spark: Rage Against the Caffeine. Featuring Colombia Decaf De Cana – Huila, this cup is straight-up liquid dessert. Enjoy it day or night—or blend it with your favorite high-octane roast for a custom half-caff.
