BREW YOUR INFUSION I: THE MANDARIN CINNAMON INCIDENT?

There are certain bands that changed rock ‘n roll when they came on the scene. Since I started Bush Hill Coffee Co., this band has always been in the back of my mind to do something with but it took almost 18 months before I got the right inspiration.

Guns N’ Roses is a defining band in music history. Their debut album in 1987, Appetite For Destruction is one of biggest albums of all time, over 30 million copies sold worldwide. They followed it up in 1991 with a two volume set, Use Your Illusion I & II.

I created “Brew Your Infusion I” as a love letter to the band. In doing so, I also set out to create an innovative flavor profile, strongly influenced by what I have experienced with The Future series produced by my friends at Black & White Coffee Roasters (great people making amazing coffee💯🐼☕️). This offering is called “The Mandarin Cinnamon Incident?”

Combining legendary producer Jario Arcila’s Carbonic Maceration + Mandarin with Costa Rica Palmichal Cinnamon Honey Anaerobic, this experience is about creating a satisfying cup that brings those tea-like flavors together with a touch of honey sweetness.
