Guji is one of my favorite coffee regions in Ethiopia. This offering is what you dream that washed Ethiopians taste like. It’s vibrant with fruity acidity and cups with clear notes of tart cherry, peach and limeade. It’s just an absolute joy to drink and a coffee that will have you coming back for another cup.
