Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world. This is a high quality washed coffee from the Dalat region. Chocolate is what this monster is all about.

For brewing, try it as an immersion brew. I really like using the Aeropress with the Fellow Prismo attachment on a medium fine grind. Brew temp at 190F with 16g of coffee to 250ml of water.
