ROAST IN THE MACHINE / ETHIOPIA HONEY SIDAMA: LIGHT
ROAST IN THE MACHINE / ETHIOPIA HONEY SIDAMA: LIGHT
Ethiopia—the birthplace of coffee. For many of us, experiencing coffee from this remarkable country is unforgettable.
I’m thrilled to introduce our latest offering: Ethiopia Honey Sidama from Daye Bensa Coffee. This cup is bursting with a berry candy-like sweetness that hits you from the very first sip. Whether you drink it hot, lukewarm, or cold, the satisfaction is undeniable.
You might wonder what’s up with all the LED characters in the artwork? In 1981, the Police released Ghost in the Machine (an epic album!) and the LEDs were self portraits of the band members (Andy Summers, Sting and Stewart Copeland). My coffee inspiration plays off that with the roasting process of coffee - green coffee turns yellow then brown (aka maillard phase) and the last character looks like a pour over, which I highly recommend for this coffee.
