From the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia, a new release from the Gedeb district in Yirgacheffe. Introducing Ethiopia Koke Honey, a delightful coffee grown by small shareholders and farms with notes of 🍯, 🥭, 🍑 and 🍓 😋.

Sourced from @allycoffee , this microlot is one of the best Ethiopian coffees I’ve had in quite a while. It’s heirloom varieties so you can expect fruity sweetness from the honey process.

You might wonder what’s up with all the  LED characters in the artwork? In 1981, the Police released Ghost in the Machine (an epic album!) and the LEDs were self portraits of the band members (Andy Summers, Sting and Stewart Copeland). My coffee inspiration plays off that with the roasting process of coffee - green coffee turns yellow then brown (aka maillard phase) and the last character looks like a pour over, which I highly recommend for this coffee.
