DREAM / COLOMBIAN INNOVATION BLEND: LIGHT

There’s a vibe to this coffee release - summertime, refreshing and sweet. Everything I do draws off inspiration in bringing coffee and music together for a different kind of experience.

Dream is a concept I created for this release. It’s highlighting two of the very best producers in Colombia, Elkin Guzman and Jario Arcila. This release is about celebrating the innovative work both do to show what’s possible with specialty coffee. There is so much they both do to curate the flavor profiles of their coffees that, when combined, make it a perfect match of summer with the focus on strawberry and peach.

The Music:

Lana Del Rey is simply amazing with her vocals. Her cover of Sublime’s Doin’ Time is ethereal and dreamy, hence the title of this innovation blend. I honestly believe her cover is better than the original and she’s doing great work on tour live. Thanks for the inspiration through your music in helping me create this.
